Using Horizon
Horizon is an early-stage infrastructure project. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with other users, workers, or the control plane.
Accounts
You are responsible for the account information and credentials you use to access Horizon. Keep your session and account access under your control and notify the project if you believe access has been compromised.
Authorized hardware
Only connect computers and runtimes that you own or are explicitly authorized to operate. You are responsible for permissions, operating-system access, model licenses, and network configuration on connected machines.
Prohibited use
Do not use Horizon to distribute malware, evade access controls, abuse infrastructure, process unlawful material, attack third parties, or run workloads that you are not authorized to run.
Availability
The MVP may change, be interrupted, or contain defects. No uptime commitment, performance guarantee, or production service level is made.
Intellectual property
You retain rights to content and software you provide, subject to the rights needed to operate your workloads. Horizon's code, design, and documentation remain subject to their applicable project terms.
Third-party services
Horizon may interact with third-party runtimes, operating systems, databases, or model software. Those components may have their own terms and limitations.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Horizon is provided without warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this early MVP.
Changes and termination
These terms may be updated as the project evolves. Access may be suspended or ended if use violates these terms or threatens the service or its users.
